Charlotte the fire mage is one of the adventurers who accompany Aura in Roya.
She is initially met in the Northern Mines but is usually to be found in the Trademond Adventuring Guild where she has various interactions. She will join Aura during specific quests. She can be corrupted.
While at the Guild they will gain 1 XP per day. By talking with them you can ask about the following subjects:

Gains additional stats on level up as well as new skills at specific levels:
