The Willpower reduction is very useful for getting the "pink" version of lewd scenes, especially early in the game before Aura has a plethora of modifiers reducing her effective Willpower.
On the other hand, lowered Willpower inflicts Cursed I/II/III on Aura, making Sweet Memories inadvisable for use before combat.
