There are exactly 7 intermediate quests in the game. This means you must complete them all to achieve Expert rank. Those quests are:
Completing the quest
Once you completed 7 Intermediate quests, go to Trademond's guild and ask the clerk about ranking up. Pay the 2200 G fee and the quest will get completed. The fee gets reduced to 200 G if you completed Homewrecking.
