Speak to Francis in front of Verdeaux's Knights Keep.
You must first defeat Clemence (man with a hat next to Verdeaux's workshop), Rene (inside the book cafe) and Lara (inside the brothel) in the order you want. You can then fight Francis. Defeat him to complete the quest. For tips on how te beat each duelist, see the Duelists page.
